Information Technology Project Manager

ComResource is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from concept through delivery.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you’ll drive planning, execution, and delivery of key projects—balancing budgets, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

You’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep projects on track, transparent, and results-driven.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple concurrent IT initiatives.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project and other PM tools.Track, manage, and report on financial performance, ensuring projects stay within approved budgets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, business analysts, QA, and leadership—to ensure project alignment and transparency.Utilize JIRA (or similar) to manage tasks, monitor progress, and support agile delivery.Identify risks and issues proactively, driving resolution and clear communication to stakeholders.Facilitate meetings, retrospectives, and updates with both technical and business stakeholders.Ensure adherence to organizational PMO standards and continuous improvement of project delivery practices.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects in complex environments.Proven experience using MS Project, JIRA, and other project management tools.Strong background in financial tracking, forecasting, and cost management.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
