4-day work week (Mon-Thur)

We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our growing practice full time in Wilmington NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a stable position with a strong patient base, modern technology, and a supportive clinical team. This position focuses on general dentistry techniques, with services including oral exams, composite restorations, crown and bridge work, cosmetic dentistry, dentures, Invisalign, root canals, simple and surgical extractions.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive general dentistry

• Exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges)

• Preventive care and patient education

• Simple extractions and basic endodontics (preferred)

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaboration with the hygienists, colleagues and office staff for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree

• Active and unrestricted license in state of NC

Schedule:

• Full time 4-day work week (Mon-Thursday)

Salary (range):

• $250k-$300k + per year plus additional bonus compensation
