OVERVIEW
A well-established property management company is seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts at a 144-unit market-rate residential community in Columbus, OH. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for driving occupancy, managing leasing performance, and delivering exceptional resident and prospect experiences. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and manage all leasing activities for a 144-unit market-rate apartment community
Drive leasing performance to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue goals
Conduct tours, close prospects, and oversee application and approval processes
Develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies
Monitor traffic, conversion, and leasing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Maintain strong resident and prospect relationships through exceptional customer service
Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and resident retention initiatives
Support rent collection and assist with delinquency follow-up when needed
Conduct regular market surveys and competitive analysis
Maintain accurate leasing reports, CRM tracking, and documentation
Partner closely with the Property Manager to support operational and financial goals
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

WHAT IT TAKES
2+ years of leasing or property management experience
Proven track record of achieving strong leasing and occupancy results
Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
Experience with property management software preferred (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
