Help lead and shape enterprise process transformation delivery, driving AI-enabled execution, adoption and measurable outcomes.

As a Vice President of Process Transformation, you will partner with the Marketing Transformation Team to lead end-to-end execution across marketing and enterprise stakeholders. You will turn strategy into measurable outcomes by orchestrating cross-functional programs, embedding AI-ready workflows, and accelerating adoption of new operating models that improve efficiency, client outcomes, and scalability.

Job responsibilities

Lead discovery to document current-state workflows, personas, systems, and data across LOBs

Redesign and standardize processes to drive efficiency, enable cross-LOB consistency, and prepare for AI-enabled execution

Translate process designs into clear business requirements that inform the strategic product roadmap

Define success metrics and ensure value realization (e.g., cycle-time reduction, throughput, cost-to-serve)

Drive transparency on progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes through executive-ready reporting

Partner closely with Product, Design, Tech, Data, and COEs to align delivery plans and sequencing

Champion change management and adoption, including training, playbooks, and governance guardrails Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5 plus years in large-scale transformation, operations, process improvement, or product management

Expertise in process mapping and data rationalization; comfort with complex, matrixed environments

Strong technical acumen across data products, integrations, and end-to-end data flows

Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation in regulated industries

Familiarity with enterprise marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe products, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Understanding of marketing campaign management processes and orchestration

Experience delivering AI-enabled or workflow automation solutions

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions

Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable operational impact (efficiency, cycle time, quality)
