About the Role
We’re hiring dependable, steady team members to lead routines, model positive behavior, and provide structure for boys ages 12–21 in our residential care program.

Lead daily routines and structured group activities
Provide supervision and maintain a safe, predictable environment
Model respect, accountability, self-discipline, and positive decision-making
Use trauma-informed strategies to guide behavior and de-escalate situations
Complete documentation (shift notes, logs, incident reports) accurately and on time
Work closely with supervisors and team members to support youth progress
Assist youth with hygiene, meals, chores, and service plan objectives, while helping them build the skills needed for successful reunification with their families
Participate in paid professional training What We Offer

Able to work scheduled shifts reliably
Able to follow protocols and maintain boundaries
Motivated to help young men grow into responsible adults
Experience in behavioral health, coaching, mentoring, security, military, group homes, or youth programs is helpful -but not required. We provide full training.
Requirements:
At least 25 years old
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and reference check
Strong written and verbal communication skillsShift Availability
3pm – 11pm
11pm – 8am
8am - 4pm Weekends and Out of School Time
At least one weekend per month required
