Who We’re Hiring:

We’re looking for one confident, personable, Medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy skills and a personality that patients connect with immediately. This is not a slow-paced, overly clinical role.

This is a leadership-track position for someone warm, confident, friendly, organized, and ready to help us grow.

What You’ll Do:

Draw blood and administer IM injections (Testosterone, B12, MIC, peptides)

Record vitals and update EMRs with accuracy

Track labs and assist with treatment planning

Support our PA during patient consults and procedures

Help maintain patient flow, inventory, and a positive clinic vibe

Lead with heart and initiative—no babysitting needed

Requirements:

Medical Assistant or CNA + Experience

Phlebotomy experience (Required)

Energetic, engaging, can-do attitude -- we all work as a team, with no tasks being below anyone

Must be comfortable working with male patients and hormone-based care

Ability to work during clinic hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday - Friday (every weekend is a 3 day weekend!)
