Position Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm (schedule may vary based on program needs)

Pay: $19.00/hour

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Requirements: STNA (state-specific), 2 years healthcare experience preferred, 1 year working with frail/elderly preferred, reliable transportation, up-to-date immunizations

Position Summary: Provide personal care and support for participants, assisting with ADLs, meals, activities, and maintaining a safe environment. Split time between center and homecare as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ADLs

Support daily and group activities, meal prep/service, and cleanup

Report changes, and maintain accurate documentation

Escort participants safely to appointments or activities

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and confidentiality

Experience & Pre-Employment:

2 years hospital, nursing home, or community-based experience preferred

CNA/HHA/STNA license as required per state

Background check, drug screen, and immunizations required

Full-time
