La Rivera Experience Resort by 3CBRH LLC – Dilley, Texas

La Rivera Experience Resort is growing, and we are looking for dependable, energetic, and friendly individuals to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy working in a beautiful ranch style resort environment and providing exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

We are currently hiring for part time and as needed (on call) positions in the following roles:

Open Positions

1. Cleaning / Housekeeping Staff

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest silos, casitas, common areas, and event spaces

Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms meet resort standards

Assist with laundry and occasional event setup

Ideal candidate: Detail oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

2. Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities:

Assist the chef with food prep and plating

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

Support live-fire cooking events and special dinners

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Ideal candidate: Team player with a passion for food and learning.

3. Servers

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent guest service during dinners, brunches, events, and tastings

Set up tables, serve food and beverages, and maintain clean service areas

Assist with private events, retreats, and cooking class weekends

Ideal candidate: Friendly, attentive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

4. Bartenders

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve wine, beer, and specialty cocktails

Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory

Provide warm and engaging service during events and private dinners

Ideal candidate: TABC certified (preferred), personable, and experienced in bar service.
