3rd Shift Production Supervisor

3rd Shift Production Supervisor – Food & Beverage Manufacturing - $60-70K + Bonus, Shift Diff, OT - Supervising day-to-day production department activities and personnel on the night shift; Interpreting and enforcing the company policies, programs, rules, regulations, labor contracts, and safety rules; Leading production employees in continuous improvement activities Directing production personnel to maintain product quality and meeting customers requirements; Participating in training and safety programs in order to enhance the overall effectiveness of the work area.

BS degree is strongly preferred; 2+ years of experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment, with one year of experience in a leadership role; Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills; Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Continuous Improvement knowledge and experience; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
