Associate Consultant - Finance

What we do

The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do

Work on complex and international SAP projects in collaboration with a team to gain experience and develop skills related to SAP products.

Translating business requirements into functional design

configuration of SAP systems to adapt them to specific business process requirements

perform comprehensive tests (unit tests, integration tests) to ensure the proper functioning of new implementations.

participate in post-implementation technical support, resolving any issues.

What we are looking for

Requirements :

Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical-scientific disciplines. Alternatively, a Diploma in Computer Science with experience will be considered.

Strong aptitude for programming and problem-solving

Strong analytical and logical abilities

Excellent knowledge of software development principles and database management

Knowledge of programming languages like SQL or any Object-Oriented programming language

Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages

Fluent in English (oral and in writing)

Nice to have

Good knowledge of banking products, insurance processes and standards

Knowledge of SAP software solutions
