Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA(Remote). The role includes enhancing ITSM/CSM workflows and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs .

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Developer job responsibilities include:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules.

Build platform functionality using JavaScript, including client scripts, business rules, UI policies, flows, and workflow automation.

Implement domain-separated solutions and ensure secure, scalable configurations across environments.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and support data transformations as needed.

Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver enhancements aligned with platform best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

4-6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules with proven JavaScript development skills.

Experience working with domain separation and configuring/customizing ServiceNow platform components.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
