Detailed Description of Responsibilities
- Process and organize digital documentation related to new hires, employee records, and administrative reports.
- Sort and categorize candidate information received from online job platforms and internal sources.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive employee and company data.
- Support remote onboarding processes by ensuring all required data fields and records are complete and correctly logged.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a - -similar clerical role preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
