What You'll Do:

OHFA is seeking Housing Grant Analyst 2s who will...

Receive, review & score applications submitted for tax credit & gap financing of Multifamily Housing Projects

Prepare funding packages to be presented by Section Chief to OHFA Board for approval

Process bond paperwork such as inducements & final resolutions & prepare subsidy funding agreements

Review subsidy resource draw requests & disbursements to ensure compliance with agency guidelines

Answer questions about housing tax credit programs & provide technical assistance to stakeholders (e.g., developers, lenders)

Position Specific Notes:

Travel is not typical of these positions, but limited opportunities to attend trainings, conferences, or events may be provided & must be approved in advance.

These positions will be filled in accordance with the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association (OCSEA) contract. If we are not successful in filling the positions with qualified, internal bargaining unit members, all other applicants will be considered. At that time, preference will be given to those candidates who possess experience with multifamily housing projects.

The selected candidates will be required to report to OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

To receive further consideration, candidates must demonstrate on their application how they meet the following minimum required qualifications:

Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration/public administration, urban planning or political science; AND 4 courses or 12 months experience performing in financial underwriting of multifamily &/or single-family housing loans or bonds; AND must be able to provide own transportation.

OR 36 months training or 36 months experience in performing financial underwriting of multifamily &/or single-family housing loans or bonds; AND must be able to provide own transportation.

OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
