Job Description:

To look after the overall quality parameters of the products

What you’ll do

Testing and monitoring the quality of Milk and Milk product online samples.

CCP monitoring and verification.

Calibration of laboratory equipment as per frequency and update in LIMS.

To follow GLP at workplace

To maintain testing records and LIMS data entry.

Dahi and Smoothie products coding verification.

To check the GMP and Food Safety at production floor.

To maintain 5’S at workplace.

Co-ordination with internal and external department partners.

What you will need to succeed

B. Tech Dairy Technology/Food Technology, B. Sc (Chemistry), M. Sc (Chemistry)

3 to 5 Years of experience

Communication skills - written and verbal

Good technical decision making

Compliance to SOP.

Good knowledge of technology and quality

Good team player

Multitasking
