Responsibilities Oversee night shift production activities, ensuring safety, policy compliance, and timely execution of the production schedule.Maintain a safe work environment through training oversight, incident reviews, and adherence to safety expectations.Lead and supervise operators, manage shift communication, complete reports, and maintain accurate system entries for jobs, inventory, and documentation.Drive efficiency through resource planning, coaching, performance evaluations, and strong workplace organization standards.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environments-- chemicals, food, or other process driven industries are a plus.
Required Skills Experience in manufacturing environments Preferred Skills Familiarity with 5S, lean concepts, troubleshooting, or prior supervisory responsibilities is helpful.
