We’re hiring a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a dynamic law firm in the Charleston-Mount Pleasant, SC area.

This firm handles general litigation as well as personal injury suits so is open to all litigators.

You'll need the ability to handle multiple practice areas.

What You’ll Do: In this role, you will handle a variety of personal injury litigation matters from start to finish.

Specifically, you will:Represent clients in court and legal proceedingsDraft pleadings, discovery, motions, and moreWalk clients through every step of the legal processWork with expert witnesses and prep reportsShow up strong at depositions, mediations, and hearingsTravel throughout SC for court appearances when neededAbility to work in other areas including general civil litigation, family law (if desired), estate planning etc.

What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring both experience and dedication.

Ideal candidates will have:A JD and South Carolina Bar membershipAt least 3-6 years of litigation experienceSolid legal writing and research skillsConfidence in handling evidence and witness interviewsWillingness to travel, work overtime, and lift document boxes when needed What's in it for you?
