Hiring: Commercial Construction Scheduler/Planner

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $105,000 - $115,000/yr

Schedule: Full-time On-site

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Commercial Construction Scheduler/Planner to support project controls and scheduling for major energy projects in Houston, TX. The role manages schedules, conducts analyses, and ensures on-time delivery across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update project schedules weekly and prepare monthly status reports

Support resolution and mitigation of schedule risks

Recommend methods and procedures to improve schedule accuracy

Provide enhancements to scheduling tools for project execution and reporting

Apply scheduling logic, critical path analysis, and resource loading methodologies

Generate and maintain detailed project schedules

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

4+ years direct project control experience with Primavera P6

3+ years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services

MS Project experience

Formal training in project scheduling techniques

Strong PC skills: MS Office, Adobe, Visio
