What You’ll do:

Identify, engage, and connect with individuals seeking personal and professional development.

Communicate the value of our digital and leadership learning programs to help individuals achieve their goals.

Establish trust and meaningful, long-term connections with people seeking growth.

Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and performance goals.

Mentor and guide new team members to foster a high-performance, mission-driven culture.

Plan and execute outreach initiatives, manage your pipeline, and track results using CRM tools.

Maintain deep knowledge of our programs to confidently guide individuals toward the right solutions.

Work with marketing and leadership teams to share insights and refine outreach strategies.

Who You are:

Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others grow

Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
