• Base Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year (DOE)

• Commission & performance-based incentives

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $150,000+ potential

Position Overview:

The National Sales Representative manages assigned gutter guard brands and client relationships within a defined market segment. This role supports wholesale growth by developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and providing feedback to sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, customer communication, data tracking, and resolving issues to meet annual sales targets. This is an office-based position reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Job Duties:

• Understand assigned Brand Business Unit and overall company structure

• Manage assigned brands across sales, marketing, and project initiatives

• Conduct outbound calls to new and existing customers

• Maintain working knowledge of the gutter guard industry and competitive landscape

• Analyze market opportunities and identify growth areas

• Assist in managing deals under Sales Manager guidance

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Assess customer needs and recommend product solutions

• Attend trade shows and events to promote products

• Meet or exceed revenue goals within assigned territory

• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking

• Utilize standard office software and CRM tools

• Read, understand, and comply with Employee Manual

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• College-level education with 4+ years relevant experience, or 7+ years professional work experience

• Strong phone sales and communication skills

• Self-starter with high professionalism and accountability

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business software

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Team-focused with a positive office presence
