Position Overview:
The Office Sales Assistant / Administrative Associate provides excellent customer service while supporting daily sales and office operations. This role focuses on order processing, customer communication, marketing support, and administrative coordination to help drive company growth.
Responsibilities include answering phones, verifying and processing orders, assisting customers, preparing samples and marketing materials, and supporting sales initiatives. Professional office behavior, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Position reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support:
• Process and verify product orders
• Answer phone calls and assist customers
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and inquiries
• Support outbound calls when needed
• Assist with sample preparation and marketing mailings
• Help maintain strong client relationships
Administrative Support:
• Maintain customer records and databases
• Perform data entry and documentation
• Assist with reports and office coordination
• Maintain organized office workflow
• Provide professional communication via phone and email
Operations & Marketing Support:
• Assist with trade shows and marketing initiatives
• Maintain working knowledge of products and industry basics
• Support dealer onboarding under Sales Manager supervision
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 2–4+ years office, admin, or sales support experience
• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Professional appearance and communication
• Team-focused mindset
