Business Systems Analyst - Partner Specialization

Location: 100% REMOTE (will work PST hours)

Drive scalable partner enablement by translating complex business requirements in the Partner Specialization and Certifications (Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.) domain into high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role partners with business stakeholders and development teams to optimize Sales Cloud capabilities, improve partner registration and funding processes, and ensure seamless Agile delivery. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) operates as a techno-functional leader who can independently navigate Salesforce and produce clear, actionable user stories.

Requirements:

8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in Agile Scrum environments.

Salesforce Sales Cloud functional expertise.

Partner Specialization and Certifications domain experience. Key Responsibilities:

Elicit and document requirements across Partner Registration, Partner Funds, and Partner Specialization programs.

Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Independently navigate Salesforce to analyze configurations and validate solutions.

Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and support solution design.

Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and Salesforce platform capabilities.
