Team Overview and Job responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:
Under general supervision and responsibility, to Decontaminate or make resupply of materials and finished products to the place of production, to warn the relevant units to ensure balance between production lines.
To prepare the semi-finished products specified on the business card for production.
Preparing the appropriate tools according to the values specified on the work card, installing them on the machine and setting the machine parameters according to the defined values.
To carry out the controls defined in the business card and the quality plan
Filling out machine fee cards
To create quality records related to the defined controls
Marking of faulty products(with a red card) and filling out the error notification form
Monitoring the material levels, notifying the relevant department supervisor or materialist when it decreases
Collecting the material that is not used in production, ensuring that the material is stored in a way that it will not be damaged.
At each stage of production, to inform the supervisor of the works that are interrupted according to the work orders.
To leave the finished product coming out of the machine in a suitable/safe designated area for passing to the next stage or to have it left.
To do the cleaning of the machinery and the environment, to have it done and to deliver it to the next shift.
To work in accordance with the Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety instructions,
Who are we looking for?
The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:
To be a technical high school graduate or to have completed the relevant vocational education (plastic wire processing or wire annealing or cold wire rolling or wire twisting)
Having done his military service
To be able to use measuring instruments (profile projector, caliper, etc…)
Preferably with at least 1 year of operator experience in production and operations departments
Min. High School degree;
Problem solving and organizational skills;
Analytical skills to make right conclusions;
Independent and accountable approach;
Willingness to take an extra mile when needed;
