Could you be the full-time T&C ERTMS Leader we’re looking for?

Take on a new challenge and apply your signalling expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside experienced, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful testing, verification, and delivery of signalling subsystems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and site teams), optimize site tests, and lead technical discussions with customers, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing and managing T&C activities, such as post-installation checks, static and dynamic tests, and system acceptance tests, but also prepare procedures and review test results for compliance with specifications.
We’ll look to you for:
Planning and allocating resources for T&C activities
Ensuring compliance of signalling systems with specifications and contractual requirements
Preparing and reviewing test procedures and reports
Interfacing with engineering teams to optimize site tests and resolve issues
Providing technical leadership and support to team members
Proactively addressing anomalies and reporting design-related issues
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking)
Multiple years of experience in T&C activities for signalling projects
Deep knowledge of one or more signalling subsystems
ERTMS, ATS, ETCS, and IXL knowledge background
Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
Flexibility and mobility, with availability for short or long missions in different locations and countries
Willingness to work in the field, including night shifts
Analytical mindset and resilience for solving complex system failures
Customer-focused and results-oriented approach
Familiarity with new technologies and tools
