We’re Hiring: Administrative / HR Assistant – Based in Kuwait
We’re looking for a proactive Administrative / HR Assistant to support our HR and administrative operations. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people and processes, this could be your next career move!
Location: Kuwait
Working Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Visa Type: Article 18 (Transferable Only)
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
Good knowledge of HR procedures (recruitment, employee files, payroll basics).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update employee files, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
Assist in recruitment activities (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, preparing offers).
Support payroll preparation (attendance, leave, overtime data).
Handle HR forms (hiring, termination, leave requests, transfers).
Prepare administrative and HR reports for management.
Assist in training coordination and staff development tracking.
Organize meetings, staff events, and company activities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
