We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing an excellent customer experience—all while working from home.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the company system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data privacy standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with call center software
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent (required); prior call center experience is a plus
