Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems
Verify data accuracy and address any discrepancies found during data entry
Maintain and update records to ensure they are current and reliable
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using entered data
Communicate with other departments to facilitate efficient data sharing
Adhere to data protection regulations and company confidentiality policies
Perform regular backups and maintenance of data to prevent loss or corruption
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related field preferred
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
