The Total Rewards Senior Manager leads the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and HR teams, ensuring total rewards programs align with business objectives, market competitiveness, and regulatory requirements. The position requires deep expertise in compensation planning, market benchmarking, and job architecture within a complex organizational environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation and benefits programs
Develop and manage annual compensation planning processes
Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitiveness
Design job architecture and pay structures aligned with business strategy
Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to align rewards strategies with organizational goals
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory standards
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on rewards strategy and analytics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, with strong focus on compensation planning
Expertise in compensation design, market analysis, benchmarking, and job architecture
Advanced Excel skills (data modeling and analytics) and strong PowerPoint proficiency
Experience working in complex, global organizations (professional services experience is an advantage)
Strong business acumen with the ability to link rewards strategy to business outcomes
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
