Job Type: Part-Time Daytime Hours Needed

Pay: $21+ per hour (based on experience)

Location: Daytona Beach

Hours: 8:00am - 2:00pm, Monday-Friday

What You’ll Do

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Implement individualized behavior intervention plan

Collect data and document daily progress notes

Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care

Support clients with behavior management and crisis intervention when needed

Provide services in a school-based setting

What You Bring

Active RBT certification

Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Experience working with individuals in educational or therapeutic settings

A genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences
