RESPONSIBILITIES:Drafting motions, handling discovery demands & court appearancesExperience drafting and reviewing construction contracts and agreementsTrial-level experience is a plusNYC-based construction experience preferred QUALIFICATIONS:4+years of litigation and transactional experience with a strong emphasis on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating transactionsTrial-level experience is a plusAdmitted to practice law in the state of New York
