Associate Attorney

Company Description Cook & Associates represents utilities, telephone and electric cooperatives, state and local governments, and the construction industry for over 20 years.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney based in Atlanta, GA.

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients.

Daily tasks will involve researching; reviewing documents and evidence, and providing well-reasoned and supported analysis.

Some work from home is acceptable in this role.
