RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle a broad range of professional liability (non-medical) and employment practices liability mattersManage all phases of litigation, from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and other litigation documentsConduct legal research and prepare memoranda QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of two (2) years of litigation experienceAdmission to the New York Bar (required)Admission to the New Jersey Bar (preferred)Strong legal research and writing skillsExperience managing discovery, including document review and drafting responsesProven ability to draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions (preferred)
