Job Description
We are a boutique recruiting firm seeking an experienced B2B Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to help introduce companies to our recruitment services.
The primary focus will be supporting our construction recruiting division Construction Worldwide
Your main objective is to connect with decision-makers, qualify interest, and schedule introductory meetings with the company president.
This is a remote role with long-term potential for the right person.
Responsibilities
Call and email companies from provided contact lists
Identify the correct decision makers (owners, executives, HR leaders, etc.)
Introduce our recruiting services and qualify potential hiring needs
Schedule introductory meetings with the president
Conduct LinkedIn outreach when appropriate
Perform light research to identify additional contacts within companies
Maintain organized notes on all outreach activities
Ideal Background
5+ years successful experience in one or more of the following:
B2B appointment setting
Tele sales / inside sales
Lead generation
Recruitment industry sales
Experience selling professional services is a strong plus
Experience within construction or recruiting industry is highly valued
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently
Self-motivated and able to work independently after training
Strong research and internet skills
Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Advanced computer skills (CRM / cloud tools / Google Voice / Google Docs / Teams / Zoom etc.)
Stable internet connection and own computer
Access to contact finder tools (free or paid versions acceptable)
Schedule
Full-time preferred
8 hours per day, must be consistently available during work hours
Work must occur between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
Compensation
Hourly pay: $3.50 – $7.00 per hour = $600 – $1,200 per month / DOE )
