The Role:

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and accurate assistance through live chat. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional manner.

Resolve customer issues and provide solutions effectively.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management.

Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic customer service team, working closely with other agents and supervisors to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in customer service or related field.

Technical skills in chat software and CRM systems.

Excellent typing and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
