Associate Attorney

A National, AM200 Law Firm are growing their Employment Litigation practice and looking to welcome a passionate Labor and Employment Associate Attorney into their West Palm Beach office.

The team handles complex, multi-million-dollar matters spanning wage and hour disputes, breach of contract claims, harassment and discrimination, whistleblower actions, and a broad range of other employment-related disputes, led by a Board-Certified Labor & Employment Attorney who is also recognized by Best Lawyers for their excellence in the field.

Responsibilities: Manage labor and employment cases from inception through resolution, developing litigation strategy.Represent clients in state and federal courts for case management conferences, pre-trial hearings, and motion practice.Prepare for trial, including witness preparation, exhibits, and pre-trial motions; participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.Provide strategic guidance to HR teams and in-house counsel on employment-related issues, policy development, workplace investigations, and compliance.

Requirements: Admitted to practice in Florida.J.D.

obtained from an accredited School of Law.3+ Yrs experience across Labor and Employment Litigation, ideally representing Employers.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
