Must Haves:
2-8 years of experience in Help Desk Support or End User Support.
Hands-on experience working in MS windows, MS office, printer troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting
Soft skills- being able to manage people and the tech supporting people, overview of what they need
Customer management skills, ability to communicate effectively to end users (functional)
Does not need a Windows admin, they are just troubleshooting it
