MACHINE OPERATOR DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

Location: Mebane, NC â 100% On-site

Payrate: $20/hr

Required Availability: Full-Time Monday â Thursday, 8:45 PM â 7:15 AM

(Four 10-hour shifts)

MACHINE OPERATOR SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will e responsible for the hands-on operation of production lines, ensuring quality standards are met through rigorous testing and documentation.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production & Packaging: Manually package kits, pull raw materials for orders, and feed production lines.

Machine Operation: Perform set-up, start-up, and shut-down tasks; clear common machine faults and make minor setting adjustments.

Quality & Compliance: Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections. Follow and document all procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning functions and adhere to all housekeeping and safety policies.

Collaboration: Train others as needed and provide input for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

MACHINE OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)

Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

1+ year of manufacturing experience.

Basic proficiency with PCs and Windows environments.

Ability to read/analyze charts, follow simple diagrams, and perform basic arithmetic.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively within a team.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Comfortable with repetitive motion tasks.
