MACHINE OPERATOR DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
Location: Columbus NE 68601 â 100% On-site
Payrate: $20/hr
Required Availability: Full-Time Mondayâ Friday, 8:00 AM â 4:00 PM
Must be willing to work overtime or extended hours
MACHINE OPERATOR SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator will perform routine manufacturing functions such as filling, assembling, and packaging in a highly regulated environment
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Operations: Perform routine functions including filling, assembly, labeling, packing, and packaging of products.
Quality Compliance: Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO9000
Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet strict specifications.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team setting to support production goals while maintaining the ability to complete tasks independently.
Process Adherence: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and routine practices to ensure consistent output and safety.
MACHINE OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English specifications and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs unassisted.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work overtime or extended hours as requested by management to meet business needs.
