Become a pivotal member of our Oracle Health Network Assurance team as an Integrated Technologies Architect, where your expertise will play a critical role in revolutionizing healthcare for providers across North America. In this exciting position, you will leverage your skills to deliver essential consulting services focused on assessing both wired and wireless networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Oracle Health protocols for successful implementation of innovative solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth network assessments, analyzing network configurations, capacity requirements, and topologies, as well as evaluating wireless networks for effective communication of data, voice, and video over Wi-Fi. You will gather vital information during onsite evaluations and transform this data into standardized, actionable reports that clearly identify networking issues and provide customized recommendations.
As a key player in our team, you will regularly engage with clients and collaborate with Oracle Health Implementation teams to produce thorough and clear reports. Presenting your findings to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, will be an essential aspect of your role, ensuring adherence to established best practices and methodologies during network assessments.
Your role will involve travel (up to 80%) and require flexibility to work outside of normal hours when necessary, particularly in high-demand areas such as surgical and emergency room locations. You will also manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, necessitating strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive assessments of wired and wireless networks
Utilize advanced network analysis tools including Ekahau, Air Magnet, and Fluke
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction
Engage in team discussions to collaborate on projects and share expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
4+ years of experience in network assessments and administration
Proficient in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience interacting with executive leadership
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
