Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Direct and control the store operations under the guidance of the General Manager

Achieve budgeted sales and profitability metrics

Deliver exceptional guest service

Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team

Banquet and Catering sales

An active member of the local communityRequirements:

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of General Manager experience in an Upscale, Polished Full-Service restaurant preferred

Solid understanding of P&L, scheduling, and inventory management

Knowledge of Food Safety standards

Steps of Service

Wine Knowledge
