Order Picker Operator - 1st Shift

As a vital member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the medical products they depend on to care for their patients.

Your Impact on Warehouse Operations

Warehouse Operations involves a variety of essential tasks for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes receiving, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders while meeting team goals for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately fulfill orders by picking products, conducting quality control checks, and properly packing and preparing items for shipment.

Engage in cross-training across multiple areas of the warehouse and contribute to various projects as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace while performing housekeeping and inventory control tasks.

Be willing to undergo training to operate material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders as required.

Qualifications

No prior warehouse experience is necessary! If you're comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, you could be the perfect fit. All necessary training will be provided from day one!

Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly.

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the duration of the shift.

Prepared to work in temperature-controlled environments (36 F-42 F) for up to 10 hours or longer.

Able to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with technology, such as computers or point of sale systems, is a plus.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Pay Rate: $20.10 per hour
