Your Role
As an AI and Machine Learning Solutions Specialist, you will be instrumental in translating real-world problems into effective, scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions. Your role involves developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that promote innovation and enhance business performance. You will collaborate with diverse teams, leveraging your machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis expertise to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful AI solutions.
What You'll Do
Research and assess cutting-edge AI tools that cater to software development, including code assistants and automation frameworks.
Support developers by integrating AI tools into their workflows and recommending best practices.
Create and sustain internal prototypes and automation scripts using AI/ML APIs and frameworks.
Provide training, demonstrations, and documentation to ensure teams effectively utilize AI solutions.
Monitor the performance of AI tools, gather user feedback, and propose enhancements.
Stay updated on industry advancements and share valuable insights with engineering leadership.
Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process enhancements.
Assist in ensuring compliance, security, and ethical use of AI systems in engineering operations.
Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client demands.
What You Need
At least 1 year of experience working with modern AI tools tailored for developers (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API).
A minimum of 3 years of experience with programming fundamentals and extensive hands-on coding in Python.
At least 1 year of experience in prototyping or developing AI-driven automation tools.
At least 1 year of experience evaluating technical tools and clearly communicating their benefits.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 12 years of relevant work experience (6 years if you have an Associate's degree).
Desired Skills
Proven analytical abilities and a strong desire to explore new AI/ML technologies independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, demonstrated through academic projects or past roles.
Bonus Points
Experience from internships, personal projects, or coursework involving AI/ML tools (6+ months recommended) is a plus.
Compensation at Accenture is influenced by various factors such as location, role, experience, and skill set. The following salary ranges apply:

Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600
Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800
District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300
Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800
Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800
Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300
Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800
New York: $66,300 to $205,800
New Jersey: $68,000 to $205,800
Washington: $80,200 to $189,300
