Join the dynamic Enterprise Network Engineering team responsible for designing, building, and operating one of the world's largest enterprise networks. Networking is the backbone of all Meta products and experiences. Responsibilities:
Contribute to designing, implementing, and managing a diverse, multi-vendor, multi-protocol enterprise network.
Collaborate with NetSec teams to design and consistently deliver security enhancements.
Design, implement, and manage high-performance datacenter networks that support AI workloads, including Infiniband and RoCE technologies.
Analyze data to define network capacity models and performance metrics, enhancing the reliability and resiliency of network services.
Develop automated solutions to mitigate network events and streamline operational complexity.
Continuously optimize the network for performance and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:
Over 4 years of experience with Layer 2 Switching protocols and enhancements such as STP, LACP, 802.1[d s w], or 802.1x.
Experience with Layer 3 Routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, and VRFs.
Proficiency in stateful firewalls, non-stateful filtering, and packet inspection techniques.
Experience in programming to automate network tasks and build robust solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4, and IPv6.
Experience with advanced Routing Protocols including VXLAN/EVPN, OSPF, BGP, or similar technologies.
Experience in Datacenter networking, especially for AI workloads (Infiniband, RoCE).
Knowledge of security hardening, credential management, and compliance frameworks.
Experience in access control and maintaining platform integrity in large-scale environments.
Familiarity with automation and tools for network configuration and monitoring.
Hands-on experience with Enterprise network OEM hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Infiniband, Nvidia).
Public Compensation:
$142,000/year to $206,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
