As a Senior iOS Software Engineer - Technical Leadership, your responsibilities will include:

Driving the team's goals and technical direction to optimize opportunities for greater efficiency within your organization.

Effectively articulating complex features and systems in detail.

Understanding industry and company-wide trends to evaluate and develop new technologies.

Collaborating with organizational leaders to enhance team and organizational performance.

Leading the long-term technical vision and roadmap for significant cross-company initiatives.

Collecting, synthesizing requirements, and creating a strategic feature roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications:

To qualify, applicants should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or comparable practical experience.

A minimum of 12 years of programming experience in a relevant language or over 8 years of experience with a PhD.

A proven history of planning multi-year roadmaps aligning short-term projects with long-term objectives.

Experience leading large, cross-functional engineering efforts across industries.

Skill in using data and analysis for explaining technical issues and providing actionable feedback and solutions.

Experience in cross-functional communication to drive solutions.

Proven ability to mentor and influence executive stakeholders across various organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will also have:

Experience developing iOS media infrastructure and platforms.

Public Compensation:

$219,000/year to $301,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
