Gojob is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative for a fashion warehouse located in Columbus, OH.

We are looking for you to act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, coordinating priorities, orders, and shipments. This is not a call center position, and you will directly manage and action priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple client-facing spreadsheets and reference documents simultaneously

Resolve carrier claims and shipment discrepancies

Monitor order processing and shipment timelines; expedite orders and coordinate customer requests

Compile and manage load data and shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and packing lists

Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored service based on customer needs

Address customer concerns, provide timely updates, and follow up on escalations

Research order issues, shipment exceptions, inventory variances, and invoicing discrepancies

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in logistics, coordination, administration, or warehouse operations, or an Associate’s Degree in Logistics

Working knowledge of WMS (JDA); ability to navigate multiple systems and manage outbound and receiving orders through shipment completion

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management

Flexible self-starter willing to support team needs, work overtime, and meet peak-season demands

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience scheduling inbound and outbound shipments; routing experience a plus

Basic knowledge of credit processes and invoice reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer Service : 2 years

Microsoft Outlook: 4 years

Microsoft Excel: 3 years

Computer skills: 5 years
