Summary:

Join Meta as an HR Strategic Advisor, where you will be a key player in empowering our innovative tech and business teams. Core Responsibilities:

Develop and execute customized solutions that emphasize scalability and growth, addressing areas such as strategic planning, vision, talent assessment, change management, and team development.

Act as a vital business partner, providing expert guidance, thought leadership, and coaching to all levels within the organization.

Continuously assess team and organizational development needs, offering actionable recommendations and implementing effective solutions.

Leverage data analysis and reporting to ensure HR strategies align with overall business objectives.

Lead talent management initiatives that encourage individual and team growth.

Manage and enhance the Performance Summary Cycle and annual employee engagement surveys.

Work collaboratively with HR colleagues in Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to create impactful solutions.

Engage with regional HR stakeholders to synchronize global strategies and ensure successful execution.

Facilitate workshops and offsite meetings as needed to foster team collaboration.

Proactively participate in and lead various projects within the HR community.

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.

Demonstrated expertise in supporting global or highly matrixed organizations.

Strong judgment with the capability to assess risks relative to business needs.

Proven skills in consulting, coaching, and facilitation.

Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills.

Empathy and experience in building a sense of community.

Strong project management and change management capabilities.

Experience in using data to drive actionable insights.

Able to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while building relationships across teams.

Competence in influencing and problem-solving at a strategic level.

Preferred Qualifications:

BA/BS degree.

Public Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $152,000/year to $220,000/year, accompanied by bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
