PRIMARY PURPOSE: To oversee the successful implementation of client programs and to facilitate their transition to field operations and account management teams upon project completion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in engaging oral presentations.
Prepare and manage project plans until completion.
Identify and allocate necessary resources.
Assign duties and responsibilities to team members.
Communicate progress updates to all involved parties.
Proactively resolve arising issues.
Timely and accurately distribute meeting minutes.
Ensure a smooth transition of programs to permanent team members.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of program design, processes, client expectations, and partner relationships.
Support the organization's policies and programs.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Contribute to the organization's quality programs.
Travel as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Experience
Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including six (6) years of supervisory or management experience in office operations.
Skills & Knowledge
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and general PC skills.
Demonstrated leadership, management, and motivational skills.
