We are looking for a Sales Manager who has a proven track record in managing entry-level outside sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of outside Sales Representatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment serving our Emerging Markets.
Drive the development of sales skills among your team members.
Coach and mentor sales professionals, enabling them to achieve promotions within 18 months.
Recruit and train your team in effective sales processes and in-depth NetSuite product knowledge.
Develop comprehensive solution proposals that cover all aspects of business applications.
Engage in the creation and presentation of our software stack through various communication channels, including telephone and in-person meetings.
Who We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of sales management experience and prior success in SaaS/Technology sales.
A high-level performer recognized on your company's top producer list.
A strong work ethic paired with a focus and dedication to achieving results.
A passion for technology, with the ability to translate complex concepts into value for customers.
A naturally curious and insightful individual.

Compensation and Benefits:
US Hiring Range: $90,100 to $147,600 annually, with potential for equity and commissions based on performance.
