Job Title: Paralegal

Location: Dublin, Ohio (100% In-Office)

The Ideal Candidate:

3+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff experience strongly preferred)

Strong hands-on experience drafting and responding to discovery

Ability to independently manage high-volume plaintiff caseloads without becoming overwhelmed

Proven e-filing experience in Ohio courts (county systems vary — must be proficient)

Experience setting depositions and filing deposition notices

Comfortable communicating with clients and conducting discovery interviews

Experience coordinating with medical providers for records and reports

Self-starter mentality — able to hit the ground running with minimal training

Mass tort experience preferred
