The Institutional Staking Engineering team manages sophisticated systems that secure billions in staked digital assets across various blockchain networks. Staking enhances our Custody services, allowing clients to earn returns on their digital holdings while contributing to the security of blockchain networks by deploying substantial assets that would otherwise remain dormant.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop new services to fulfill essential product and business requirements utilizing Golang.

Design scalable systems to tackle innovative challenges with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.

Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems and managing the teams operating them.

Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a concrete roadmap each quarter.

Write high-quality, well-tested code to address customer needs.

What We Value in You:

You possess a minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering.

You have designed, built, scaled, and maintained production services and understand how to design a service-oriented architecture.

You produce high-quality, well-tested code meeting customer needs.

You are enthusiastic about creating an open financial system that connects the world.

Preferred Qualifications:

You have experienced rapid growth at your previous company (from startup to mid-size).

You have familiarity with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks.

You possess knowledge of blockchain technology (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).

You have experience in breaking down a large monolith into microservices.

You are skilled in Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.

You have developed financial, high-reliability, or security systems.

You have a background in crypto, including engagement with onchain activities, Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and interacting with decentralized applications or blockchain services.
