Pay Range: $22.25 - $34.24/hour (based on experience)

CNC C: $22.25 - $27.96

CNC B: $23.75 - $30.55

CNC A: $25.75 - $34.24

Now Hiring: CNC Machine Center Operator for 1st and 2nd shift

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC Milling Machine Centers to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

Understands specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.

Translates instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function

Prepares and loads raw materials and parts onto the machines

Prepares a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications

Sets machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts

Supervises the machines while they execute the tasks and makes any necessary adjustments to produce a better result

Inspects and measures finished products and compares them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly

Checks and maintains machinery daily to ensure functionality

What We're Looking For:

Ability to read gauges and tape measures

Ability to operate overhead cranes

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time

Professional Certification is a plus

Proven experience as CNC Milling Machine Center Operator (preferred)

Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings

Mechanical aptitude and good math skills

A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach

Good communication abilities
